Who I am
I'm a 20-year-old finance and AI consultant based in Warsaw, Poland. I hold a degree in Management from a European university and have been working hands-on with financial systems since I was 18. What started as optimising internal accounting workflows at companies I worked for turned into a full consulting practice helping firms across the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, and the EU implement AI tools properly.
Most "AI for accountants" content is written by people who have never closed a month, never reconciled 500 transactions, and never dealt with a client asking why their numbers don't match. I have. That's the difference.
What I do
My consulting work focuses on one thing: helping small and mid-size CPA firms and finance teams implement AI and SaaS tools that actually work in their specific workflow — not just whatever tool is trending on LinkedIn. I work with clients on a freelance basis across North America and Europe, specialising in:
- AI tool selection and implementation for accounting firms
- Workflow automation for bookkeeping, AP/AR, and reconciliation
- SaaS stack optimisation for finance teams of 2–50 people
- AI compliance and data security for client-facing firms
Why KynLedger
I built KynLedger because I kept getting asked the same questions by clients: "Which tool should I actually use?" "Is Botkeeper worth it for a firm our size?" "We tried X and it was terrible — what's better?"
Instead of answering the same questions in client calls, I started testing tools systematically and publishing the results. Every review on this site reflects real testing on real accounting workflows — not a vendor demo or a press release.
Our review process
Every tool is tested for a minimum of 2 weeks before we write about it. We test across four core CPA workflows: bank reconciliation, expense categorisation, AP automation, and client reporting. Tools are scored on time saved, accuracy, integration quality, and price-to-ROI — not on affiliate commission rates.
