How affiliate links work

KynLedger participates in affiliate programmes offered by some of the tools we review. When you click a link marked as an affiliate link and subsequently purchase a subscription or plan, we receive a commission from the vendor. This commission is paid by the vendor — it does not add to the price you pay.

Current affiliate relationships

KynLedger is currently in the process of establishing affiliate partnerships. At this time, we have no active affiliate or referral agreements with any tool vendor.

This means every review and ranking on the site reflects purely independent testing — no commissions influence our current recommendations in any way. This page will be updated as affiliate relationships are established.

How this affects our reviews — it doesn't

Our ratings and rankings are based entirely on our standardised testing protocol: time saved, accuracy, workflow fit, integration quality, and price-to-ROI. Affiliate commission rates are not a factor.

To be specific about what this means in practice:

• We have given low ratings to tools we have affiliate relationships with
• We have recommended against tools that would earn us higher commissions
• We have ranked tools with no affiliate programme above those that pay commissions
• We have published negative findings about tools that asked us not to

How to identify affiliate links

All affiliate links on KynLedger include rel="nofollow noopener sponsored" in their HTML. Review pages that contain affiliate links display a disclosure notice at the top of the article.

FTC compliance

This disclosure is made in compliance with the United States Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on endorsements and testimonials (16 CFR Part 255), as well as applicable EU regulations. We are required to disclose material connections to the products we recommend.
